This interdisciplinary monograph presents a comprehensive analysis of the Basilica of Maxentius in Rome, focusing on its historical evolution, structural engineering, and conservation status. Originating from research conducted by CISTeC at "La Sapienza" University in collaboration with the Archaeological Superintendence of Rome, the study evaluates the monument's complex urban context, architectural design, and innovative use of imperial Roman construction techniques.
